The 10th Annual Ottawa Venture & Technology Summit is being held on October 10-12, 2006. As the region's premier risk capital event, it provides an opportunity for selected companies to present directly to a large audience of local and foreign investors.

This year participation is open to both early and mid-stage companies. All companies should satisfy the following requirements:

Companies will be selected based on their appeal to investors, who will select the participants. Generally, companies should satisfy the following requirements:

Early stage companies are those having no VC funding to date and seeking less than $2 M. Mid-stage companies should be searching for Series "A" funding. Companies will be selected based on their appeal to investors.

Companies selected to pitch at the Summit will be required to pay a nominal cost recovery registration fee. A package option for pitching and having a showcase booth is available to pitching companies exclusively, and offers a $400 savings versus the regular cost of participation in the Showcase.

Pitching Company Registration - $600 (plus GST) - includes attendance for two company representatives to the Investor Reception on October 10th, and the Summit conference and Keynote Luncheon on October 11th and 12th.

Pitching Company with Showcase Registration - $950 (plus GST) - includes admittance for two company representatives to the Investor Reception on October 10th, and the Summit conference and Keynote Luncheon on October 11th and 12th. In addition, your company will participate in the Showcase on October 11th, (12:00 pm - 7:00 pm). The Showcase package includes a 8' x 10' booth, signage, skirted table, chairs and power. Registration will also include admittance of one additional representative of your company to attend on October 11th.
