Mark Burton

Mark is the Interim President and CEO of Longview Solutions, a privately-held enterprise software company that provides corporate performance management software to many of the world’s leading companies. Mark has a long track record of developing and executing strategies that allow technology companies to grow profitably and achieve their full potential.

Prior to his current role at Longview, Mark was President and CEO of AD OPT Technologies, a TSX-listed provider of workforce management software. AD OPT was acquired by Kronos Inc. in late 2004. Before leading AD OPT, Mark was President and CEO of Digital Processing Systems (DPS), a publicly-traded manufacturer of computer hardware and software used in the broadcast and post-production industries. DPS was acquired in 2000 by Leitch Technology.

In addition to Mark’s experience leading technology companies, he has more than ten years experience as a lawyer in New York, Toronto and Ottawa, advising technology companies on financing, M&A, securities laws, intellectual property and business strategy matters.
