Steve Hollis

VP Communications Technologies  Investment Banking Wachovia Securities

Mr. Hollis joined Wachovia Securities in 2001 from Merrill Lynch's Technology Group in Palo Alto .  Prior to that, he was with the Technology Investment Banking Group at Scotia Capital Markets in Toronto .  Mr. Hollis also spent 3 years with Nortel as an engineer where he worked with products such as the DMS central office switch and the Meridian PBX.  He has focused exclusively on Communications Technologies with both Wachovia and Merrill Lynch and, including his experience with Nortel, has extensive experience in the sector, developing relationships that span from the large OEMs to the smaller, VC-backed companies.  Mr. Hollis holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and has an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo .
