Clayton Mangione

Director, Voice Network Solutions, Bell Canada

Clayton Mangione is currently with Bell Canada and holds the position of Director of Voice Network Solutions.

Since graduating from the University of Waterloo (Canada) in 1984, Clayton has held various Professional Engineering and Management positions in the Oil, Atomic Energy, Chemical and Telecommunications industries.

His current focus within Bell Canada is towards bringing new IP based telephony services and systems to the marketplace while assuring the reliability, evolution and revenues of Bell Canada’s legacy solutions.

Previous leadership roles also focused on innovative technology development including the development and launch of Bell’s Triple Play VDSL system, Sympatico ADSL service, Home Networking solutions, Digital Video services, Wireless Broadband access and HFC and DBS digital TV/modem solutions.

Clayton also acted as the President of the FS-VDSL committee and has held positions on several Canadian information technology boards.
