
Mr. Nelson first joined Rogers in January of 2001 to lead the newly-created Interactive Mobile Services division and was responsible for the launch of innovative new wireless data services.
Prior to joining Rogers Wireless, Mr. Nelson was Vice President, Western Region and Video Services at Look Communications. There he was responsible the day to day operations of Western Canada as well as Look’s interactive TV services.
Prior to joining Look, Mr. Nelson spent five years at Telus Corp. as Vice President of Emerging Businesses, responsible for the company's investment incubator division. At Telus, Mr. Nelson played an integral role in the launch of many new services, including the Sympatico Internet service to British Columbia.
Previously, Mr. Nelson worked for nine years at Regional Cablesystems in various capacities, developing cable infrastructure in smaller markets.
Mr. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Nelson is located at Rogers Wireless' executive offices at One Mount Pleasant Road in Toronto.
